Assessments and downloaded copies
Assessment answers are held in page memory. They are not submitted to Marcus, stored in a database, or included in page URLs unless you explicitly request a Fundraising Readiness Report. Inquiry copies are generated locally in your browser when you choose to download them.
Contact inquiries
When you send the Contact form, the inquiry information you entered is transmitted through Resend, the transactional email provider, and delivered to hello@aivalance.com. The website does not store Contact inquiries in its own database. Copies may remain in Resend and recipient email systems in line with their normal delivery, retention, and security practices.
Fundraising Readiness Reports
When you request a report, the website sends your name, email, startup name, website, Planner answers, and financial planning inputs to the email provider. This information is used to generate and deliver the requested report and to notify Marcus with the same advisory context. The website does not maintain a separate database of Fundraising Planner submissions. Copies may remain in the visitor, Marcus, and email provider systems in line with their normal email retention and security practices.
Report delivery is transactional and does not require marketing consent. Any consent to receive occasional future insights is separate, optional, and unchecked by default.
Analytics and subscriptions
Google Analytics 4 is configured to measure website usage, such as page views and navigation between routes. Google may process associated technical information under its own terms. No newsletter subscription service is currently configured by this website. Fundraising report requests are not sent to Google Analytics, and identity, startup details, Planner answers, and financial values are not included in analytics events. Contact form progress and delivery status may be measured, but Google Analytics does not receive Contact form field contents.
Hosting and access
The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website.
